Meet the team at My Accountant LTD
A founding partner of Camfield Chapman Lowe, Chris is a graduate of the University of London. Following university he joined an international firm of accountants in the City of London, where he qualified as a chartered accountant and is now both a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, and a member of the ICAEW Corporate Finance and Auditing Faculties.
Chris is a specialist in advising start up business and has a particular interest in all aspects of corporate finance, particularly business acquisitions and disposals. He is a forward thinking and proactive accountant, who enjoys working closely with his diverse range of clients, advising them on profit maximisation whilst always seeking tax saving opportunities.
Outside work, Chris closely follows the fortunes of Wolverhampton Wanderers FC & Worcestershire CCC and spends countless hours renovating his period property. He is involved in the work of many local charities and good causes whilst still finding time to spend with his family!
Andrew joined Camfield Chapman Lowe following his graduation from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Business, that specialised in start-up business.
As a Business Advisory Manager, Andrew looks after a wide range of clients helping to guide and advise them through a wide range of processes related to business planning and major business decisions.
Andrew is also an advocate for cloud accounting software and the benefits it will bring to businesses.
When Andrew is not at work he is either following Wolverhampton Wanderers FC and attends matches as frequently as possible and attempting to master the game of golf!
Joanna joined Camfield Chapman Lowe in June 2021. As Business Advisory Manager, she supports a range of clients alongside holding internal management responsibilities for CCL.
After graduating from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Management Studies, Joanna joined KPMG where she gained experience of many different businesses and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW.
Since then, Joanna’s career has led her to roles in commercial analysis, management accounting, lecturing, and bookkeeping. This breadth of experience means she brings a unique perspective to her work as an accountant in practice.
With a payroll carer spanning over three decades, Sam brings extensive experience and deep industry knowledge to her current role as Payroll Team Leader at Camfield Chapman Lowe, where she has proudly been employed since May 2021.
Sam’s journey in payroll began in the late 1980’s when she was offered the opportunity to learn something new and had no hesitation in taking up a role as a trainee in a payroll department. Having managed payroll across a wide range of sectors and complexities Sam has developed deep expertise in all aspects of payroll processing – from routine operations to intricate compliance and benefits scenarios. Known for her meticulous approach and commitment to accuracy Sam plays a key role in ensuring payroll is delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on time for all clients.
Outside of work Sam is passionate about personal development and wellbeing. A dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher who enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors Sam believes mindfulness and self-awareness are key to becoming the best version of herself – both professionally and personally. This balanced approach supports Sam’s calm focused leadership style and strong team ethic.
Emma trained in a medium sized practice working within both audit and accounts. She as a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW in 2003. Wishing to gain a deeper knowledge of small to medium sized Owner Managed Businesses Emma moved to a smaller firm to gain further experience in accounts alongside personal and corporate taxation, VAT, and management accounts.
When not working, Emma enjoys travelling in her camper van, visiting the cinema and theatre, cooking, and spending time with family.
Alex joined Camfield Chapman Lowe in May 2025. She has worked in practice for over 13 years, working with small to medium size businesses with a range of different client bases.
Alex enjoys working alongside her clients to get the best out of their business, advise clients on any opportunities that they may benefit from and create a positive working relationship.
Outside of work, Alex likes to settle down with a strong cup of tea and lose herself in her books and spend time with her young family.
